351w versus 351w
I have a 351w from a 85 ford van, any difference than a 351w from a 85 car? Would the horsepower and torque be the same?
The motor came with carb.
the casting numbers read D9AE-6015-ED 15 for the block
E6TE 9425 CA intake manifold
E5AE CA cylinder heads

The differences would be very minimal. The car motor could be an HO if it came from a police cruiser, but even then the only difference is a slightly bigger cam and maybe a 4bbl. Either motor with a decent aftermarket cam would out muscle the other in stock trim, so you are basically at the same baseline regardless which block you start with.
