There are two vacuum ports on the manifold... one is a single nipple which goes straight to the pcv valve. The other has four nipples... one goes to the Vacuum control valve (for the heater controls), second goes to the FPRC (fuel pressure regulator control), third goes to brake booster, and fourth goes to a tee which splits off between the EVR (EGR solenoid) and the VMV (Vapor management valve).
