thats what I was thinking. Past 10 days I've ran about 1000 bux worth in, for about 6 hours of work split 2 ways. about 50 on gas, 20 on food, makes for good cash.
Mow some yards around town. Ya figure 10-20 bucks a yard at half an hour a yard...Do the math. You could get a good mower and weed eater for under $500, and then all you'd have to pay for is gas. I know you probably think you'r to old for it, but once you run the numbers its a hell of a weekend job. I was making $150 a weekend before i even had my drivers liscence mowin yards, plus all the other odd jobs people would have you do while you were around. Once you make a good name for yourself the word of mouth is one hell of an advertisement.
One thing I do is when I'm driving around I like to look in peoples yards for old lawn tractors or snowblowers, I also look at the dump. Most of the time they are free and don't need to much work or money to get running then I just put in the yard with a for sale sign.I don't try to get rich off of it but just make so extra pocket money. just another fairly easy idea.
it all depends on your definition of easy. for some people selling stuff is easy, for some its hard. i know im a terrible salesperson so i dont even bother. my hobby is fixing stuff for people. sometimes they pay well, sometimes they dont- but i just do it for fun and the challenge and the sense of accomplishment when you finish. the money is just a bonus
