I have heard that bench seats were optional in some years of Bronco. I would imagine a bench seat out of an F-series would be close to a bolt in.

The Broncos that went to the fish and game officers had benches. I think any Bronco that is not an XLT has a bench. But there are not many of those. As "Sure why not" said, a f-series bench is probubly a bolt in. But it might be difficult to get in the back. The mechinism might be differnt to allow access.

My 87 XLT had a "split back" bench seat when I got it. The bottom half solid bench but the backs are split 50/50 and flip forward individually. It happens to be the exact same seat in every way as the one in my old 89 F150 extended cab pickup.
I still have that seat in the garage, figured somebody would need it for a truck seat one of these days. I swapped it out for buckets. The split backs flip forward at an angle which is sort of annoying when trying to climb in and out of the backseat. Seems to me a regular bench seat that flips forward until it hits the steering wheel would be easier to climb past. But I haven't tried it. I put Explorer bucket seats in my Bronco, NOT a direct bolt in. Current owner of my old F150 liked them so much I had to help him put a set of Explorer bucket seats in it too.

The bech seats are out there even in a 94 XLT Looked I looked at at one. Any bech from Sc F150 should work . I have a nice one in a 94 F150 (red )parts truck that I can't give away. (everyone wants buckets) Or a solid backw/ armrest seat. These split seats are a PAIN to get in and out of If your older than 10 yrs old. Do not go ahead like buckets . Good luck in search.

I didn't realize that they were hard to come by! I guess I got lucky. I wanted an 80-85 Bronco with a 4" lift, manual transmission, bench seats, oh and no rust. I got that and a Lock-Rite locker and decent rims and tires to boot. Now if I can rust proof it before it falls apart in this rain forest! Anyone know how to control mold on those bench seats?
