So sorry I missed you Dennis...just remember there's only two Lonnie Dotson's in the state 
(there's a Jr up north, my oldest son)...I live between the Fabrication Division in Auburn WA and the final 737assembly plant in Renton... about 20 min from downtown Seattle...
Hey even though it's all frozen here I had a chance to do as you suggested. I took one line from my jumper cabes and hooked up to the pos post of the battery and the other to the S connector on the relay..she turned over fine...now what does this mean? No power to me switch?

Yes, right from the switch terminal.
Just unhook the wire to the S terminal put a test light to it (the connector) and turn the key to start .....to see if it lights up.
If not, you have a open circuit along that wire.

Dennis, I did as you suggested and no light...no power coming out of that terminal.."If not, you have a open circuit along that wire." there is a real small fuse at the bottom and both sides are hot...thought that was strange...so do I just follow that wire and look for a break or fuse?

I didn't get a light at any time Dennis...I get one across the relay but if I try the S terminal...nothing and it's new. I'll see if one of the kids has my camera and give it a shot Sunday..
