Fluid Changes for 06 F150

Hello Everyone, I have an 06 F150 Screw 5.4 4x4 and my question is the opposite of the norm. I took a new job and I use the train for work now, and only drive my truck on the weekends. I bought this 06 in October of 05 and I only have 3500 miles on it, I've done the first oil change at 2800 miles and just wondering now if I need to think about coolant or anything else. The truck is in a heated garage so my gut tells me everything should be fine, but always good to get other opinions. Thanks in advance.

You should be fine. With little use, I would be more concearned with the rubber parts dry rotting. Keep an eye on the belts, hoses and tires. I don't think you need to worry much unless it sits for months on end.

I wouldn't worrry about it. Your changing your oil to fast too.. just throwing money away. follow the recomended milage/time intervals unless your doing a lot of towing with the truck.

I'd change the oil every six months regardless of mileage and be sure to follow the "time" intervals on other maintenance items rather than the mileage.
