And my buddy changed his mind yet again tonight. Now, he's not going to lift the body but pull the engine. He's afraid he'll either tweak the body or possibly not get things lined back up just right and it'll end up with a squeak or worse after. I think he's just a giant p#$$y. lol, but I'd rather him be safe than to buy me a new truck. lol
IMHO, you have many chances of body damage (scratches, dents, etc.) by pulling the engine not to mention all of the hassel and difficulty of working in that very confined engine bay doing that R & R.
However you guys decide to do it, good luck...

Didja FIRE UP the DEFIBRILLATOR, rub the paddles together and yell,"CLEAR~!!!"?
Thanks Brad, I'll print this out and show it to him. I think one of his biggest concerns is that it's just him in this shop. I don't think he wants to do this big a job alone. He's pulled many engines and he's already got most of the top end of mine tore down as it is. He's one of those that likes to stick to what he knows.
Finally got my tranny (B&M C-6) and transfer case in yesterday... all I need now is a flexplate and starter and I'm in there.. oh if you wre wondering I am doing a M5OD to C-6 conversion on it... after all that will come the 6+3" lift....
Ok finally go the gumtion to get the exhaust tips done tonight they aren't great pics but i will post better after I wash it and finish them this is just to give you an idea!....
