if any of you read my earlier thread about how i had to go in for surgery to repair 2 inguinal hernias i thought id share how it went and how im doing. here i am 3 days later and as much as i was dreading it, i can say it wasnt the worst thing ive had to do. i went in slightly nervous but luckily i take zoloft so it helped keep me calm. i remember the last second i was awake, and i remember the second i woke up to the nurse saying oh you're starting to wake up, the first thing i could think and say was "i gotta pee" she said it was just from the catheder, which luckily i wasnt awake for the installation and removal of. i stayed in the recovery room for about 4 hours, watched some cable and ate food that they brought me. they wouldnt let me go til i peed 200ml and since i had a catheder in, in hurt too bad to go so it took a while. now ive just been enjoying my break from work and watching tv, and movies and laying around in bed, its been nice. im being careful not to overdo it but when i have to ive been getting around pretty good. anyways, just thought id share.
thanks guys. yeah im taking it easy as possible, just hope moving around wont hurt anything, since i feel fine it makes it hard to stay in one spot very long.
