Tranny Ground

1991 f250 e40d 4X4. I know which wire is the ground for the trannsmission controller but where does the ground stop and actually ground. Where is the end of the 2 ground wires located. I need to clean them.

There are ground wires on the PCM..........#20 BK, 40 BK/W, 60 BK/W position of the PCM plug.

I know that but where do they actually ground? Where do the ground wires ground out on the chasis or cab?

My 93 manual shows a ground (G104) up behind the cruise control servo to the cab (drivers side), as well as (G100) which I cant find on a diagram, but looks like one of the small ground conections to the body at either or both battery negative posts.
