check out f100connection.com. i recently checked out their site, and they have a very impressive rolling chassis. price is a little high, but what may me high to me, may be right up someone else's path.
Walton Fabrications, in upland ca has one that im considering.
909 931 9548... The question is will anyone give me anything for my stock one that im getting rid of? do these have any value?
I don't know what a full frame is worth, but I would like to pick up a front clip in southeast Mich to use for mock up purposes, for a reasonable price. I want to set up for a Jag front suspension without raising the front of my truck(it's pretty low), or tieing it up for an extended time. Any one have one?
Larry, I may have what you need, I started restoring a 53 but so much was missing it was going to cost a fortune so I just recently bought a 56 that is pretty well complete, anyway I now have a chassis and a cab that I would like to get rid of because they are taking up a lot of room, they are disassembled but I will make you a good deal on whatever your interested in. I live in Indianapolis so it would be within driving distance for you, if interested e-mail me at dwj9124(No Email Addresses In Posts!) thanks.
Dave
Larry, I also forgot to mention that I have everything else to make up the front clip, hood, fenders, inner fenders, radiator support, etc. Thanks.
Dave
Dave, I thank you for your offer, but the reason I wanted a front clip is the same reason you want to get rid of your frame. I don't have room for a full frame. I will keep it in mind though.
old post but searching them lead me to this one,
I too would like to know what a frame is worth. I am thinking a new frame with the IFS and IRS, power brakes, steering etc would be cheaper than buying it all separately.
I also am staring at a garage full of good sheetmetal, a patio full of cab (good condition, stripped and $$$$ to fill im afraid) and a frame sitting on the side of my house that needs to go if i go this route. How much would you guys pay for a complete one that that will allow me to swap the good stuff i have. I only have $400 invested so far,not counting books and mags and internet groups lol. which i know is the tip of the iceberg
