A Crown Vic is a perimeter frame, fitment would have some issues, but it could be done. How about just the Vic front frame section grafted (properly) to the F-100 frame. Same results, lots less hassle. Tgowers is doing one on the 73-79 forum using a Lincoln front frame section, might want to check that out. Another option would be a MII suspension package made to fit your frame, these are available from numerous sources. Careful though... The purists really get all over ideas like this.
1st of all Greg, WELCOME to FTE the Nations FoMoCo Information Truck Stop as Johm our Leader would tell you.
There are several guys using the Crown Vic & Grand Marquis Frame and they work fine with a little tweaking. Also some run 5.0L EFI and A4OD set up.
FWIW the upgrade retro fit will do all you have mentioned & more!
Also FWIW a 70 frame fits between 1965 & 1979 with a minimum of tweaking to make it happen, as long as they are the same wheelbase & same model MOL

Sweet there are some other crazies out there. I bought myself a 74 licoln continental mark iv for the same reason. Power discs, power steering, the truck would look slammed, and did I mention the old white car has a 460?
Take some pics if you start on it I would love to see em.
