First of all thanks guys for all of your help.. With out your help and encourgament I would sell the truck and fifth wheel.
I went to the shop this morning. It was closed but I had a spare key. I took electrical contact cleaner, WD-40 a small hammer and a big hammer in case the small one didn't "Fix" it.

I cleaned all the sensors, contacts and relays that i could see. Sprayed the butter fly on the bottom of the turbo with WD-40 and banged the hell out of it with a hammer. Took it for a drive and it ran like a scalded dog!! Turbo spooled up and got on down the road. I still have a rough idle and it's not running crisp like it was before they installed the new injector and a "Blue" CPS. I am ready to pull the new CPS and put the old one back in to see if it smooths out the idle. What do you think? He did say there were no CPS codes. It's still making the same noise but I am going to live with it until it gets worse. Thanks to your help I will go back Monday to settle up with the shop for the last time and never take it there again.
Thanks to your help I will be able to take the Fifth wheel from Charleston, SC to Ca. so my sugar can be with her Sister(51), who is dying with cancer, at Christmas.

Thanks again for your help.
Best regards,
Justin

Justin, the reason I ask about the color is that the blue CPS, as far as I know changes the timing. That may be the reason for the rough idle. In another thread it was reported that the blue one is actually for a six cylinder. I don't know if that is true or not but if it changes the timing it will idle different. If you still have the old one, it only takes a few minutes to change it and see if it makes a difference. You should keep a spare in the truck all the time. All my trucks have one extra. They just go bad without warning.

Also, all my trucks make strange noises. It used to bother me but now I just ignore them unless they turn into a problem.

The Blue cps is from the IH 466 engine. From what I know it has a sronger magenet.,...thus pulling a quicker signal and advancing timing slightly...This could cause a rough idle.....

Thanks. I noticed the new one would pick up a wrench and the old magnet would not. I am going to make the switch Monday. I know better than to make two or three changes at the same time. But s..... happens.
