Early or Late 99

Does anyone know the date that separates the early 99's from the late 99's and what is different between them?

i have read it is march....some say 3/1/99 i have also seen 3/15/99

Early '99 has the PS badge on the front of the fender. Late '99s have them on the door.

I saw one last night with the badge on the door, and a build date on the motor of 2/11/99. And I'm pretty sure it was the early 99 engine because the intake manifold was a little different.

I found my msrp window sticker that I had saved and at the bottom there's a date of 03/02/99 I assume that's the build or ship date, and the badge is on the fender.

1999 Powerstroke Owners: To determine if your truck is an early or late 1999 model year, locate the tag on the drivers side door. Vehicles built before 12/7/98 are considered early 99 and vehicle built after 12/7/98 are considered late 99.

12/7/98 is the cut off date between early 99 and late 99 motors.
3/1/99 is the cut off date between early 99 and late 99 suspension stuff.

My truck is built in Feb-99, I have the late 99 turbo, intake plenums, motor stuff, badges, etc.
But I have whats considered the early 99 suspension, with the larger block in the rear, different size track bar, and different spline pitman arm.
