Power Play??
The new motor I'm putting in a 1966 F-100 (351C/FMX) Has a power steering
pump on it. Is it practable to find the right steering box (and column) and switch this monster arm builder over to power steering?

Yep. The PS gearbox bolts up, but you will need to shorten the steering column - or replace it with a later one.
