I wonder if you added to much current on that reverse circuit when you hooked up the trailer and just popped the fuse. Camera, reverse lights and then the trailer. How much current does all that add up to. Take 12v X watts = current.
So no reverse lights on truck and no parking lights on truck? . Which trailer connector does your trailer use? I'm assuming the 4 pin one. With you test light, clamp one end onto the post that is bare(thats your ground) then probe the other circuits with your test lights. Sounds like you may have 2 different problems, being as your reverse circuit isn't working either.

So you have no power to the connector. Did you check the fuses yet? I feel like i keep saying this but never get an answer. Don't overlook the simple things. If it is blown, then you need to find out why. But first, please post back with exactly what does work and what does not. Do the backup lights on the truck work? (the factory ones?) What wire did you use to power your camera/ additional reverse lights? do truck parking lights work?
