The PICs of my truck on my webpage will give you an idea. I am running the following setup. Volare in front 235-60 tires. Nine inch in the rear with 5 leaf stock springs and 255-60 tires. The front mount point on the rear spring bracket has been raised 1 1/2 inches on the frame which lowers truck some. As you can see she is still a little high in the back for some peoples taste. My frame is not C notched and I think it would be necessary if I go much lower. I am trying to avoid that. I can drop the Volare and put the front bumper in the dirt like the before shot of my truck (Yellow PIC) The ride will suffer though (mushy). If you want to give me some frame height measurements in the front and rear, we can compare specs. My rear bumper is raised and tucked so those figures won't match.
