Super08, How did you calculate revs/mile? Mile / circumference?
Correct.
(5280x12)/cir in inches= revs per mile.
Remember this is calculated though. It does not work in extra tread for AT tires or the amout of sidewall buldge from the weight of the vehicle. If you go to a site like tirerack or the tire manufactures site they usually give the revs for each tire. Two tires of the same size can have different revs per mile.
Most of the time it's best to keep things simple.......Keep it simple.........Keep it simple........keep it simple.........Whoops sorry the record is skipping (for those of us that remember records)
