I suggest you look it up directly for the specific tire you want. for example:

Remember this is calculated though. It does not work in extra tread for AT tires or the amout of sidewall buldge from the weight of the vehicle. If you go to a site like tirerack or the tire manufactures site they usually give the revs for each tire. Two tires of the same size can have different revs per mile.
Lots of online calculaters so you don't have to do the math. Here's two of them:
