04 F250 PSD problems?
I have a 2004 super crew PSD and am having repeated problems in a few areas. Wondering if these are common and what the experience has been with fixing them?
Besides the numerous CEL instances, the biggest problem is a loud WHACK-WHACK-WHACK sound coming from the engine when I let off the gas quickly and the engine has had a good load on it, like going up a steep hill.
The dealer fixed the problem once 4,000 miles ago with a new turbo, but its back again. My truck has 29k on it now.
Anyone else with this?
