The synthetic muds claim to stick up to 100 degrees but I've found that they begin to peel at much lower temps. I just can't believe that this product, which claims to be real mud, can perform better than a synthetic.
Guys, when my case comes I will run a side by side compairison between my synthetic mud and this stuff, which claims to be real mud.
My biggest concern is if it will stick as well as synthetic muds especially during the summer, if not it will need constant application.
Don't tell me you are actually going to apply something that claims to be real mud to your pickup. Think of the implications, Mike! What's this going to lead to, actually loading something in the bed? How about hooking up to a trailer and towing it? Will you be satisfied then, Mike?
what's next. synthetic bugs so you don't have to go driving at night to get that authentic "buglook"? this thread has got to be a joke, but for some sad reason, i don't think it is.
What's next? synthetic/adhesive deer fur so you can take a sledge to the front of your truck, and of course, apply the product, and tell all your buddies you hit one huge deer.....Wait a second....does anybody on here do patents????
Another advantage to the synthetic muds is that you can easily vary the color by injection with supplied color enhancer. Mud varies in color according to what's in it and the local minerals so mabe this real spray on mud wouldn't look local enough.
Yes, at least stick with the synthetic, I think you're headed for nothing but headaches with that "real" mud. Think of the crowd you might fall in with using it. Most of the people with that stuff on their pickups look like they were the inspiration for the movie "Deliverance".
