when i drive its like manual steering but it is suppose to be power steering when i checked the little box where you put your power steering fluid it had gear oil in it but it was very low, the gear oil confused me because i thought it would be way too thick and slo i thought maybe some air got in my pump so i didnt know if it was the pump that was broke from the gear oil or i just needed to drain the gear oil and put some power steering fluid in the little box
<HR style="COLOR: #666666" SIZE=1>Will need 3 quarts of Type F transmission fluid for power steering unit.
Drain pan for oil.
Loosen the power steering return line on Power Steering (PS) pump reservior and allow the fluid to drain from PS pump reservoir and then plug the power steering reservoir.
Route the PS return line to drain into the drain pan.
ReFill the PS reservoir with clean Type F.
Start the engine and allow the fluid to drain out thru the return line.
While engine is running, refill the PS pump reservoir with Type F.
Turn off engine before the PS pump reservoir drains all the fluid.
Follow steps 2 thru 5, when the fluid coming out of the PS return line is clear and red as the new Type F fluid.
Then reconnect the PS return line.
Might need to bleed out PS system if unit runs dry.
