On my '92 F150, someone before me replaced one of the doors with a Ford replacement. The replacement has the extra line crease on the bottom half of the door. The door lock unit fits in it great to the door, but in the older door it fits loose. Is there differences in door lock diameters? I just repainted the truck, and if I put the lock back in the one doors it will just mark up the paint around it.

 

I was actually just out working on the truck, and the new replacement is the old style (no extra line on bottom of door). And this is the one that fits loose.
