Yep... even a new owner does.. or at least I was forced to in Sheridan County... My 71 had been titled in my brothers name since the fall of 1970. I had dad use his power of attorney to get the title changed into my name 10 years later... I still had to pay all the back fees.... Wyoming is pretty greedy, even when there is a death in the family involved. That sucks being stuck in Ft Riley... been through there a bunch... I was in the Marine Corps... the first place I was sent to after boot was a Marine Artillery outfit.... at Fort Sill of all places... an Army Base in the armpit of Oklahoma! I live in the Dayton, WY area.
