Rocker arm nuts

Im still rebuilding my 302 and had a question about the rocker arm nuts. Do mine torque down or do I have to do something else? Also I have an RV cam so would it adjust to something different since its not a stock cam? The cam came with new rocker arm nuts should I use them or use my old ones?

What year 302? Or more importantly, what kind of rockers? If it's the "rail" type rockers then yes, just torque them down. What are the specs of the cam?
