460 adjustable rocker arms with stock heads?

I've been looking around online and can't quite find what I think I'm looking for. I'm wondering if there is an adjustable rocker arm set-up to use with stock cast heads (mine are D3VE) without having to get them machined? I'm in the process of building a 460 for my engine swap project and would like to upgrade the rocker arms while I'm doing cam and valve springs and such.

Thanks in advance! Walt

Crane makes a conversion kit. Check any of the on line sellers: Summit, Jegs, Crane, they all sell them. Good luck on your build and come back and let us know how it went.

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction! I will keep posted on how the build goes. Hopefully I will have everything going here within 3 weeks. I will probably post a separate thread on my engine swap story when done.

A machine shop should be able to mill your rocker boss with a minimal cost. When I built mine, I went with roller rockers on adjustable studs. Well worth the expense. And, btw, BB Chevy roller rockers are a direct fit. Even same part number from some manufacturers. I even used BB Chevy L88 springs and retainers. Just a little info for your build. If I hadn't gotten my spec book stolen, I'd send you everything that interchanges for a cost effective build. Good luck and keep us updated.
