95 psd high pressure res

where does one find the high pressure res on a 95 psd and how do u drain it ??

You can't miss it. Top Center front of the engine just behind the top radiator hose. ~ 2.5 x 6" Square with a oil pressure sensor and a small plug. It can not be drained, Take out the small plug and suck out the oil. For some reason I can get to my attachments or I would post a picture.

thanks:)

thinking i am gonna have to get me one of those shop manuels for the truck, seems to be lotsa sensors and thingys alll over these motors and well its tough when u dont what they are for. i have the jist of it but like with the high pressure res i didnt know what i was looking for.

This is where I got my repair manual on DVD. $28 to my door. It's very complete and highly recommended by me and many others on theis site.

To drain it, start the truck and let it run 10 sec till it stalls.

Hi Jim i emailed that guy form ebay like u said, he says he has a 96 manual is it much different than for a may 95 truck??

will an hpop off 99.5 -2003 fit on my 1995 psd im upgrading injectors to 160cc

YES, I run a 2001 HPOP on my '95...although I also have an accumulator tank, as they tend to drain out. Also, look for the 17° swash plate HPOP over the 15° model if you can.
