STX is a sport/ appearance package on the base XL model. You get monochromatic paint (no chrome bumpers), aluminum wheels, different grille, and you can order the audiophile sound system. Down side: it only comes with the 4.6 V8

Flairside is the bed with the fenders outside the bed, styleside has the fenders inside the bed and the outside of the bed is almost flat. They have different taillights too.

The box on a flareside is approximately 48"x 84" inside.

Not completly true the place i work at we have a STX and it has a 4.2 V6.
