F250 Wont Start

F250 Wont Start
Ford F250 Ranger...it wont start, there is a bunch of hoses disconnected and im pretty sure they are mostly for emissions, but i think some of them are essential for the truck to start, i need to find a diagram of where everything goes, or if someone can tell me which ones are essential to have plugged in and where to plug them in that would be great.

It tries to start but it doesnt get all the way

try a little starting fluid... if itll start on that and even run for a couple seconds then it makes things a whole lot simpler
