hey i have a 66 ford f100. i know that the wheels are 15" but i dont know if they are 4.5 , 5 , 5.5 etc... does anybody know what stock sizes will work for my truck?
most rims up to about 1996 will fit. i'm not sure of that date but they went to metric rims after that, you can figre your bolt patern by measuring between two studs. in other words from one stud to the third stud skipping the one in between on the five hole rim. all 1/2 ton 4 WD rims will fit but not the other way around as the 4wd has a bigger center hole to accomidate the front wheel lockouts. hope that helps you. dutch

thanks for the reply. that helps out. i was not sure if they were 5" or 5.5". also how do i start up a friend list on here, i am new and dont know how it all works.
click on the name of the person, then click on view public profile.
on the profile page, on the left hand side under where it says their name, click on the link that says
"add WHOEVER to your buddy list" It brings up a page with a submit button.
click submit, and your good to go.
On a side note, to remove a buddy you can go through the same process as adding a buddy.
on the other side of that is the ignore list....but use that one carefully as you can lose tons of good info from that one.
I had a 66 F-100 also, you can put rims on it from the 50's up to the 96 model year, 97 they changed the body AND the bolt pattern. I had a few different combo's on, best fit was 16x8 wheels, tires, well they vary by manufacturer but I had 31x10.50s, 235/85s, stay with about a 9" width or narrower tire and maybe 32" dia.
