i was wondering what you guys thought of the 3 liter that ford is putting in the mercury montego?..i was interested in them but thought that a 3.0 motor would be a too small for such a big car.Any thoughts?...

Wait a few weeks and you can get a 2007 with a 3.5(?) liter. More torque and HP. You should drive one to determine if it has enough performance for your needs. The engine is NOT the vulcan, but (I think) a Duratec style dohc.
