C6 Ratios
I'm a newby when it comes to transmissions. I know that Ford put C6's in a whole bunch of different vehicles and I understand that the gears in the punkin have a whole lot to do with how the power is put to the road, but a question came to mind--
Is there any difference in the transmission gear ratios in the C6's used in these different vehicles (Stang, F series truck etc)?

The differences in the transmissions came in the control mechanisms; valve bodies, governors, modulators, levers, etc, and the number of clutches.
Wide ratio kits are available from several sources using parts from the newer E4OD etc.
