A few days ago start too run real bad; it felt like a combination of tranny and timming. At the auto parts I hit the gas with the brake on and stall. I try to start it back for about 10 minutes with out luck. On the last try it fell that the engine turn backwards so I went and move the distribuitor and start ;the timming was way out but I made it home. At home set the timming but still was out. un-plug the battery for a minute start it and set the time againg and it was fine.Today it was running fine; came home wash the engine try to start it and did the same; it won't start. I remove the distribuitor cap yes it was wet; I dry it up and still won't start. it's turn like the battery is dead for a second and them turn real strong but out of time. this time I didn't misses with the distribuitor. About 10 minutes later the truck start fine ,run's fine for about 30 minutes before the timming beging to fell out. I run a scan on it and the only code I get is 632 (Transmission Control switch circuit did not change state during KOER self test. Could this be the computer or the MLP sensor? Thanks
Yes I Unplug the spout to set the timming.
it's like this; the truck is running fine and suddenly the timming get out of timt with out doing noting to it and with out the chaing jumping. I was thinking if the ignition module or computer can make this happens. Thanks
