transfer case u joint
Hi all. Just curious about this. I've heard it called an H yoke for rear driveshaft at the transfer case. Is there a reason for this special u joint? Why can't it just be a standard yoke and u joint?

Double - carden joint
Bill, this i feel your are referring too is called a double carden joint.I have read somewhere that this is a stronger(constant velocity joint)and handles the pitch( angle better than a standard (old ford type )- Hope this helps TR
