I have a 1989 ford bronco with a 351w and i'm driving that mostly due to winter.I have a '66 mustang with a straight 6 but I ran across a 400 in the local paper so that may change by next summer.I also have a '68 crysler newport with a 383 from my dad as he couldn't take it with him to seattle along with several other cars.As for the mustang it needs tons of work and all sorts of interior parts wich are incredably expensive.it's $100 for the glove compartment door! The suspention and brakes are the worst. as of now it dosn't have any. the bronco runs ok and I'm thinking of some headers and exaust mods.the newport realy dosn't need anything but a headliner.
1949 Lincoln 4dr Sedan with a Flathead v8 and an automatic trans(unknown original). Untouched yet, waiting till I go to Wyotech or get done with Iowa State.
Lincolns first offered Hydra-Matic (4 speed, single range) in the late 1949 Lincoln Models...It was replaced by Turbodrive in 1956.
My best friend has a 1951 Lincoln with this set up...his daily driver for the past 26 yrs is a 1954 F100 6 with o/d..
Not a Ford, but I just picked up another project to go along with the tractor. It's a 79 Jeep CJ-5. Its going to be a trail vehicle, with no intentions of street use. Saw it in the paper for $150. Put $5, and about 12 man hours into it (and some used parts we had around), and now it runs and drives for a total of $155! It's a 304, 3 speed.

thank you very much for that lil bit of information, I have just been too busy to actually find out what it was, I just know it was a column shift and it said that it had O/D on the indicator...but thank you!
I got a 1971 ford f100 with a 351W. I'm lookin' at putting some headers on it, maybe a 4 bbl carb. right now, its pretty stock, I've done all the bodywork myself, and im pretty proud of it. im getting a 1968 grille off of a f100, cause i like the look better. im also putting a 2 inch drop kit on, just to make it look mean. i also am going to go with baby moons for wheels and some eyelids for the headlights. it should be done in a couple of years, by the time i can drive by myself.
Got A 1985 f-150 beater for $150 with a running 351. This is going to be a project for fun only trailer truck don't think I want it to be street legal. Gut Out Interior and Get Rid of rusty bed. Put A rhino lined cab on it with no doors full roll cage and trying to find cheapest up grades for the suspension. Want to be able to take a good jump and some deep mud holes
I have way too many projects right now...my 04 F150..my 73 F350...my 72 ElCamino..and a vintage boat.I'll probably end up with at least one more soon haha.

Darn, I just hauled more stuff home to tinker with yesterday! Picked up 2 little garden tractors and a model T looking go kart. Keep me busy until it's warm enough to play with the big stuff again.
i ogt a rust free 79 f-350 crew cab with an 8ft bed. 351 m with a c6 2wd exactly 47001 miles on it. gonna convert it to a 4wd by back halving a super cab frmae and adding 18 inches hopefully ill be able to afford a 5.9 cummins for it but if not ill just go with a 4bbl , headers, and a cam. gonna put a 6 in suspension and 3 in body lift on it. then i got my 78 f-250 4wd daily driver got a new 351 changed it from c6 to t-18 with a flat bed gonna put new doors fenders anda hood this summer and just paint it camo. got a 12,000 lb winch on the way and the bumper is almost done
I'm working on my '89 F-250. Planning on a flatbed, headers, new paint, extra gas tank, etc, etc, etc. It is definatly what you'd call a deep, deep money pit. lol
O yea, I also have a '51 Case VAC tractor.
This past summer, I finished my '51 John Deere "A".
...and there's a 302 block in the garage, It'll be a 347 when I get done (stroker kit), going to swap in the serpentine setup from an Exploder I'm current attempting to acquire. Tranny's still up in the air...not to sure on that as of yet.
Then there's the '92 GMC Sierra 1500 with a 454 from what was supposed to be my 'vette prior to be it being wrecked. It's got a good bit of mods on it.
That does it for large vehicle projects I believe...countless other small things as well.
