yup, more than i wanna spend, im starting to look out farther, they are cheaper the farther you go but i dont wanna go to far that i drown myself in gas bills... but a cheaper place means more money for gas.. im going to look at some places in indian head this weekend that are fairly cheap and figure out how much i would spend on gas as well
Yeah I hear you, I would love to get one jsut on the outskirts of stoon, but it looks like I might have to look at some like 30 minutes out. Unless this clavet one comes through.
No updates on it yet. I didnt even get a chance to check it out when I was back in sask. So far its still on top of the list, but thats about it for now. The one right below it is a house with acreage in cormon park for 265,000. Might be a tad too much for what it is though.
Watch the taxes in Corman Park!!! At this property value you`re probably looking at $5-7,500 A YEAR in taxes....
RM of Bradwell is somewhere around 1/2 that.
Taxes are brutal in Corman, the provincal assessor goes crazy with the amount of taxes levied in that RM. Kinda reminds you of Robin Hoodlum with a modern twist......
Corman park is a rip in my opinion i believe that is where my uncle has an acreage and you pay that much for taxes and get like no services the highway out there is bad never done off dont get garbage collection all that stuff..
It`s not so much the RM as it is the provincial assessor`s board as the RM gets only a small portion of the taxes. The rest go to the province for school taxes. Have your uncle look at his tax notice and see where his taxes really go.
Well think about the farmer who has 10 quarters or more and no kids and had to pay to send you guys to school.
aye for sure on this, or the ranchers in bc with huge chunks of land they had to pay taxes on, but there was no school close enough for their kids, but some guy renting an apartment in the city could send as many as he wants right across the street.
