So I was looking on mls.ca and came across 80 acreas for sale in clavet. Fom I am gonna post a mls number, and see if you know where it is, maybe you can check it out for me!

Of course it`s in a good area, it`s about 4 miles east and 2 north of my farm.

The price is $69,900 and it`s an estate sale, poor old Clive died finally from cancer. Sounds like there maybe a big slough through the middle but I`m not sure about that. Leah Brisdon is the saleman`s name..227-8980, 657-3207.
How interested are you in this property? I can go and have a look at it possibly this weekend, it`s only about 6/7 miles from my place.

Im really interested. I love the idea of living over near clavet, not being too too far away from saskatoon. If you do check it out I would really appreciate it.

Yeah I am kind of excited about it. I mean I would have to move a trailer or something onto it while I built a house, but still, would be very cool when done. Im planning on building a nice huge shop too, and getting a hoist for it, but that will come after the house, and that will come after I find a good property

I`m still here and in line for the hoist....I don`t have one.
This property is near the gravel pits and in a low population area so not too many close neighbours to complain. From what I can remember (which isn`t that much) it`s fairly flat land suitable for buildings and development. It`s only about 3 miles off pavement on # 5 Highway. One of the fellows close by has a 57 Ranchero just sitting there and won`t sell it. He also has lots of other vehicles rotting away so he won`t complain about your`s and by now must have his neighbours trained not to complain about older stuff sitting around.
