Difference between EB & XLT

If you ask me the XLT is the same thing w/a lot of important extras, the EB has all the bells & whistles.
That being said, i love my 00 EB and we have the bench seat...but we never use the thrid row-not yet anyways.
So aside from the addl money its mainly a matter of luxury options versus additional features.
I wanted the captian chairs but I bought mine used and got a good deal on it. My leather is also in great condition but I did hear other complain about the quality of leather, 7 years old no rips,tears, or bubbling...not bad if you ask me. Just take good care of it, I use miguares leather wipes on mine and they do an awesome job.

I have a 2000 eb with the 2 captain chairs in the 2nd row, i wouldn't trade them for the beach. the kids have their own space, they can recline on the long trips, and entrance and exit from 3rd row is real easy. the open ness between the seats is perfect for the cooler. yes they fold down flat. it is the way to go.
