You may be able to borrow one from a chain store like Autozone. (pay a refundable deposit) This is just a guess. I am not certain they have pitman arm pullers but they have most other pullers so it's worth asking.
I used a hammer and and impact wrench...or the best option would be to torch it off but be careful...didnt have time for the puller...thanks for the info guys...
I am going to have to respectfully disagree on the torch advice. Way too close to the output shaft seal. Right tool for the job applies here. Pitman arm puller is risk free removal.
Thanks for the info guys, I have several pullies just didn't know if there was a particuliar one for the pitman arm. I went to advanced and got one for a few bucks it came right off with a couple turns. My box has served me well now its had it, now to the salvage yards to find another.

I was able to take more then one off in my homemade hydraulic press. Some came off with a bang but not sure if they would have come off any other way. Ed ke6bnl So. Calif.
