2002 Explorer

First I want to say hello to everyone . I have been on here before but neglected to introduce myself . I cannot find my keyless entry code , I know it's somewhere in the vehicle but where ... I've torn my truck apart better than the border police and still can't find it . Any help would be greatly appreciated .

Take it to your ford dealer and they will put it on the computer and they can tel you what it is. I didi this with a 02 mercury Mountianeer I had and the told me the code in Seconds. And didn't cost me a thing.

The master code is printed on the keyless entry module.. usually up under the dashboard... sometimes you can see it without any disassembly.

I've seen the code on the on a module located on a pillar between the passenger 2nd and 3rd row seating. Remove the plastic upper trim and pull the bottom piece out just far enough to see the code.
