Service Manual Question
I have two v10s, a 2000 2v in an excursion and a new 2006 3v in an f250. I want to buy a service manual for the new truck, and I am hoping it will be able to help with my older v10 also. Are the two engines that different, or will things like spark plugs, fuel injectors, etc. be located similarly and have similar procedures?

if you have the time and 20 bucks go into www.motorcraft.com. on page one at the top is a red area ,click tech resources to get to the next page, click on the left side purchase subscription and follow the links. you will be able to down in in pdf the full service manaul for each trucks year and have 72 hours to do so.the cost is $9.95 each model year. what i got for mine was a up to date oasis report, service manaual. and all the tsb's to the date down loaded, and printed out the full wireing diagrams as i was not able to figure out how to save them.
price wise the subscription rates are 72 hours $9.95, 30 days $29.95 and a full year at $99.95 even that is way cheaper then ford wants for the printed or dvd copy
