Where is Emission light reset button??
Have an 86 F350. My repair manual says that the Emissions light will come on at about 60K. You have to reset it by pushing the reset button. Can't find it. Any body know where it is?? Thanks Vinny

How long has it been on? My light has come on twice in the last month, but shuts off after 3-4 days. If it doesn't go off on it's own, you might try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes. I have not heard of a reset switch anywhere on the truck.

My truck does not have a computer. Its a carbed F350 with a 460. The light is a reminder to check the emissions system. I did a search on this site and found that there is a small brown box under the dash that has a reset button on it. You push with a paperclip to reset it. Now all I have to do is find it.
