carburators

can someone identify this carburator. it is currently on my truck. it's a '78 i think that's a 302 engine in there.

the two carbs do not look identical that's all i know.

i want to know if the carb from the '75 can go on my '78. then i'll try and fix it up with one of those rebuild kits. if not i'll try and buy another carb at the scrap and work with that.

i just want to try and fix one up and learn a bit about these carbs before i start fooling with the one on the truck.

The first carb is a Holley. Itis either a 350cfm or a 500cfm. I would need the LIST number off of the front right side of the choke horn to verify which one.
The second one is an original Ford carb. I prefer the Holley, but both are good carbs.
Both carbs bolt down the same.

I have a 350CFM Holley on my 77 that has a 302 in it and it runs great.
