EPC (Electronic Pressure Control) solenoid failure or failure of the circuit is the fault causing code 624 to show up. The 600 series codes are E4OD transmission-related fault codes.
I have a 91 F150 with a 302 and the E4OD. The code is still coming up as 624. I have put in a brand new uprgraded Solenoid pack. This thing shifts sooooo hard still! What could be problem be. Taken it to four tranny guys and they say it is a voltage problem and the lines are running at full pressure. Are there any fuses, circuits, connectors to check. Everything appears to be hooked up properly.

How did you get the code 624? KOEO = "Key On Engine Off" during the EEC-IV quick test, it would be wiring or bad solenoid. After this test gets done then the computer will put out the CM codes. CM = "Continuous Memory" is the problems that the computer has seen while driving.
