Ok, so just in my own mind. I just received my December issue of an off road magazine. Some of you may know I went with my friend Larry Heck who is writing series articles on the Outlaw Trail for an off road magazine. Some of you also know I have done a bit of Cowboy Action Shootin. A few have even seen some of the pictures from the trip. Well I went out in July expecting it to be too hot to sleep until after midnight and it was soo cold I had to lend Larry a vest. We dressed up a bit and straped on some shootin irons at the Sago ghost town. Larry pulled out the paper work on his camera and found out how to set the timer. We took some "fun" pictures. Larry said the editor Phil Howell laughed when he saw them. Had no idea he would even think about using them in the article. But there are two pic's. Not big ones. I have to use something other than just my eyes to see them well. But it is pic's of Larry and me.
Novembers issue was the first article that had "Mule" (my 96 Bronco) in it. It had a great article in it and the legend of "Spike" was born. I sold Mule a few weeks ago but it is in Decembers issue also. Should be in January and February's issue also. Even have a chance of getting Green's (my 94 X) picture in an issue or two if the weather holds. That is if Larry and I go up to Montanna for the last part of the trip the end of the month.
Thanks guys. Article is good but I think Novembers was better. The pic's are real small and not that clear. But you do get to see the fat.... old....... guy with guns.
Uhhhh................body autograph??????????????? You mean your truck body right? I sign the magazine on your trucks body. Cause the other thing I'd just let "Spike" take care of.
