This may seem out there, but is it possible to replace the quarter panels on a 95 Bronco? I mean is it possible fot the average job with regula r tools?

I made .035" stainless steel panels for my old 88' bronco. It only took two bends and glued them on. They went up to the rubber trim. I painted them to match the truck and they lasted till rest of the truck rusted to bits.

Front quarter panels, no problem, they're bolt on's. Rear quarter panels, body cutting, welding, bondo, sanding, etc. You get the picture. But they can be done with the right tools and patience.

i changed a rear quarter panel on my 94 with no problems and no real special tools...just took a long time. I drilled out the welds on the damaged panel and used a cutting wheel on some spots. The new panel fit very well and didn't need to be trimmed or cut or anything. I attached the new panel with some pop rivets and then some spot welds.

The only part i would leave to a pro is the paint. I had a hard time matching the original paint color. good luck.
