Probably your parking brake shoes. It has a seperate drum-type system specifically for the parking brakes.
What happens is the shoes start to separate from their brackets due to moisture getting behind the material and rusting, causing it to push against the drum surface (interior of the brake disc).. when you drive it breaks loose and settles and then it's fine for awhile.
Another possibility is rotor rusting. These are prone to excessive rust buildup on the disc surface and can kind of "glue" the pad in place until vibration and force breaks it loose... then the surface rust is scraped off and you're good again until it's parked for awhile.
I don't recall ever seeing a locked up caliper on one of these, but I guess anything is possible. Good luck
