I THOUGHT THE NEW 6.4 WAS GOING TO BE THE BIGGEST BADEST ONE OUT THERE BUT THE NEW dodge and gm ALREADY HAVE MORE HP? WHY DID THEY COME OUT BEHIND ALREADY.
BUT I STILL WOULD NOT GET ONE OF THEM OTHER THINGS!
I thought the dodges were just going to be 350/650 just like the 6.4s. I would like to see where it says they will have more. And the new duramax specs are just 365 and 660.
The Dodge Cummins has 650lb/tq @1500RPMS- 500lower than the powerstroke and it has a 6 speed which will also make things interesting. All 3 Diesels are similar in power and output, its going to be an interesting year.
im even more interested to see how the prices jump due to all of this new engineering and fancy new emissions control devices. doesnt look like anyones bringing a knife to the gunfight this year.
Rumor has it (parts man at a Kenworth shop) that the new emissions standards on big trucks will add 10K to the price of the truck!!!!! Thanks California.....
they can say any number they want to right now all that really matters are the numbers they slap on it when it lauches. look at the gt they said it would have 500hp up until it launched and the it magically lauched with 550 or 10% more
