vibration issue

vibration issue
Got a new issue with my old decreped 00 X. When I get up to 70mph it has a vibration that almost feels like a bad tire. I took it back to the Belle Tire that put the Toyo's on and they rotated/balanced the tires, still does it. It started this when I got these new tires and it didn't change any when the front tires went to the rear. It seems to stop when I let off the accelerator but picks back up when I get back on it. Sometimes it doesn't vibrate at all, but that's only maybe 1 out of 15 times. Any suggestions on where to look next?
