Here in NM I have been using ULSD for a few weeks now and use diesel kleen with every tank fuel of fuel. I have used diesel kleen in diesel engines since 1980 when I got my first diesel truck and also buought a farm tractor.
The only thing I can see the new fuel does is to really clean the tank,lines and injectors so much so that my ford dealer told me to reduce the change time on my fuel filters to half normal for the first two changes as that is what they are doing with a lot of trucks coming in that aren't running with the newULSD fuel and they seem to do just great after the change.
My truck seems to like the new fuel and that is all I care about and we don't have much choice anyway. Now I need to think about what to do for a tractor on the ranch buy now or wait a couple of years until it hits them also.

I didn't know what impact it would have on the later model trucks... but I'm getting bad reports on older rotary type injection pumps after about 90gal. of use....I guess it'll be the same thing we went-through in the mid-90s w/ the low sulphur crises....
