Locked Brake Drums

I have a 9" that had been sitting in one of my parts trucks and I cant get the drums free. The adjusters are frozen and the drums will not turn. Is there a way to get these off without breaking anything?

If all else fails, try a slide hammer, but you'll probably bend the lip getting them off. But if they won't move, you can't do much.
