One of our newest creations is the straight axle conversion for the 1997 and up Ford F-150. The kit will also be made available for the Expeditions. It is unlike any of our other kits in that it utilizes a four-link style suspension setup.
The kit utilizes a pre-1980 Dana 44 front-end housing from Ford's half ton segment. The four link setup allows for an impressive ride as well as for increased drivability and control! Available in eight and ten inch lift heights, this conversion allows for impressive tire size. Two inches of lift are gained from the conversion itself, then either a six inch or eight inch coil is utilized for installation.
Also available is a rear spring kit to allow for the use of '80-96 rear leaf springs. This allows for greater versatility in lifting the rear of the vehicle. This kit retains factory shackles and is an easy bolt on installation.
